Course Refunds & Rescheduling
If you wish to request a refund or reschedule your class, please send an email to kodingakademi.id@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +62 813 3737 3155.
Please include your full name, course name, payment receipt, and the reason for refund or reschedule in your message. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds will be issued according to the terms below.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:
1. Before the Course Starts
- If you cancel your registration at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, you will receive a full refund (100% of course fee).
- If you cancel between 3 to 6 days before the start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total course fee.
- If you cancel less than 3 days before the start date, the course fee cannot be refunded, but you may reschedule your class to a later batch (subject to seat availability).
2. After the Course Has Started
- Refunds are not available once the course or bootcamp has started.
- However, you may request a one-time reschedule for the next available class within 60 days of your original course date.
Special Cases
- If a course or workshop is canceled by Koding Akademi (for example due to low enrollment or instructor unavailability), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to another available class.
- If you receive a defective learning kit or robotics component for offline programs, we will replace it with a new one free of charge.
- Refunds due to technical issues during online classes will be considered case by case based on verified circumstances.
Refund Method
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 working days via the same payment method you used during registration (bank transfer, e-wallet, or other).
You may also choose to receive store credit in the form of an e‑Voucher equal to the refundable amount. This credit can be used to register for any program on our website https://lms.kodingakademi.id or for offline classes at our learning center.
Using Store Credits to Re‑Enroll
- Upon approval, you will receive an email containing your e‑Voucher (worth the refundable value of your course).
- Store credits may be used to register for any other program within 6 months from the date of issuance.
- To redeem your voucher:
- Enter your voucher code at checkout on our website, or
- Present the code when registering at our offline center.
- If you have not used your voucher after 60 days, our Customer Support will remind you via email or WhatsApp.
- The voucher expires 6 months after the date of issuance and cannot be extended.
- Koding Akademi is not responsible for unused or expired store credit.
Terms and Conditions
- Refund or reschedule requests must be submitted no later than 3 days before the class start date (for partial eligibility).
- Refunds apply only to classes or programs paid directly to Koding Akademi.
- Courses purchased using vouchers or discounts are not eligible for refund, but may be rescheduled once.
- For offline robotic programs, all physical kits and materials must be returned in good and complete condition before refunds are processed.
- Refund terms are subject to changes or promotional policies announced by Koding Akademi.
- Each course payment is eligible for one (1) refund or reschedule request only.
